General Terms & Conditions

• All prices for rooms and suites are per person and day and include the included services of the Hotel Erica.
  
  
• Week packages: The week packages are valid on the basis of a Standard Erica room including all included services. In other room categories the price difference will be calculated according to the official price list.
  
  
• Single occupancy of a double room: 25 € per day surcharge
  
  
• Reduction: 3rd person in a room (with 2 full paying occupants) 30%. Child discounts according to the price list (Family offers)
  
  
• Reservations: Reservations and cancellations can only be accepted in writing.
  
  
• Cancellation: We charge 70% of the agreed room price for cancellations up to 3 weeks before arrival, for leaving earlier than planned, or if you do not turn up.
  
  
• Deposit: to confirm your reservation we require a deposit of 250.00 €.
  
  
• Credit cards: we accept EC, VISA, Eurocard
  
  
• Surcharge for short stays: (up to 3 nights) 10%
  
  
• Dogs and pets: 15 € / day (without food) as well as a final cleaning if required, 35.00 €. Please understand that dogs are not permitted in the restaurant or the spa area.
  
  
• Arrival and departure: Your room will be available on the day you arrive from 14:00. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 19:00. On the day of departure your room should be empty by 11:00. You are welcome to use our wellness facilities on your day of departure (including an afternoon buffet) for the whole day for a fee of 35.00 €.
  
  
• Transfers: from Bolzano to Deutschnofen: 25.00 €.
  
  
• We ask that you book any Beauty & Vitality packages with your room reservation when possible, so that we can take your request into account in due time. Please note that cancellations of appointments in the Beauty Farm can be made up to 1 day in advance - if you cancel later or do not turn up we will charge you 50 % of the price.
