For fine cuisine you need excellent products. Special emphasis must be fresh, vitamin-rich and healthy ingredients, preferably from regional origin. (Bacon and meat from local farmers, cheese from the village dairy, farm butter, potatoes and eggs from organic farmers, herbs and spices from our own garden)
The Erica 3/4 wellness board includes:

  • Extensive gourmet breakfast with special Tyrolean corner (homemade jams and freshly baked bread, farm butter, organic eggs, bacon, smoked sausages, etc) large fruit and cereal selection, freshly prepared egg dishes in the open kitchen, different types of milk (soy milk, lactose free milk, goat's milk), large teas, fresh juices, champagne breakfast on Sundays
  • Afternoon snack 15.00 to 17.00 clock (in the winter) with fresh salads, meats dishes, freshly baked cakes from the South Tyrolean cuisine pastries, yogurt, fruit and granola
  • Afternoon snack 12.30 to 17.00 clock (in the summer) with crisp salads and antipasti, fresh pasta dishes from the open kitchen, freshly baked cakes from the South Tyrolean cuisine pastries, yogurt, fruit and granola
  • In the evening you can enjoy multi-course gourmet dinner (various dishes) from the regional, international and gourmet cuisine.  Additionally offers a generous daily salad and cheese buffet and homemade ice cream at the buffet
